While we aim for complete customer satisfaction, we understand that order cancellations may sometimes be necessary. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be canceled.

By placing an order on www.amayraluxe.com, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

1. General Cancellation Rules

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are prepared and ready for shipment.
  • Most orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they are not already processed for packing.
  • Orders that are processed, packed, or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.

2. Cancellation Timeframe

Cancellations must be requested before the order is marked as "Ready for Shipment". While we do not define a strict time limit, the window typically closes within 24 hours of placing the order.

3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an eligible order:

  • Log in to your customer account on our website: amayraluxe.com
  • Navigate to My Orders
  • Select the order you wish to cancel (if eligible)
  • Submit a cancellation request directly through your dashboard

Note: We do not accept cancellation requests via email, phone, or social media.

4. Cancellation Confirmation

If your cancellation request is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please retain this confirmation for future reference.

5. Refund for Canceled Orders

If payment has already been processed and the cancellation is approved:

  • A full refund, including any prepaid shipping charges, will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds will be processed within standard banking timelines (typically 5–7 business days)

6. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders marked as "Packed", "Shipped", or "Delivered"
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products once prepared for shipping
  • Sale or discounted items, if specified on the product page
  • Orders placed as part of a bundle or promotional campaign, if mentioned otherwise

Specific non-cancellation information will be mentioned on the individual product page where applicable.

7. Partial Cancellations

We do not allow partial cancellations of items in a multi-product order. If eligible, the entire order must be canceled before processing.

8. Prepaid Shipping Refunds

If the customer has paid for shipping and the order is canceled before preparation, the shipping fee will also be refunded along with the product cost.

9. Company-Initiated Cancellations

Amayra Luxe reserves the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

  • The product becomes unavailable or out of stock
  • There are issues related to payment verification
  • The order is flagged for fraudulent activity
  • Technical errors in pricing or product information

In such cases, a full refund will be processed automatically.

10. International Orders

For international orders (when available), the same cancellation terms apply — orders cannot be canceled once prepared for shipment. Shipping charges (if prepaid) will be refunded for eligible cancellations.

11. Cancellation Fees

Amayra Luxe does not charge any cancellation fees. You are eligible for a full refund, subject to meeting the conditions of this policy.

12. Refund Method

All refunds for eligible cancellations will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

13. Unfulfilled or Pending Orders

  • Pending Orders: Customers may request a cancellation until the item is prepared for shipment.
  • Unfulfilled Orders: If your order is unfulfilled and eligible, a full refund will be processed.

14. Policy Updates & Notifications

Amayra Luxe reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. While we will attempt to notify our customers via email, it is your responsibility to stay informed of the latest version available on our website.
