Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in case the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. We do not entertain returns for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of color or design (unless it does not match the product description)

2. Return Timeframe

If your product is damaged or defective, you must initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be accepted

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
  • The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered

4. Proof of Purchase

Returns can only be requested by logging into your customer account on our website. We may also ask for:

  • Order ID
  • Invoice or receipt
  • Product images (in case of damage/defect)

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sale items, discounted products, or promotional offers
  • Gift items

This information will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page.

6. Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds for returned products. Instead, if your return is approved:

  • You will receive a replacement product
  • In rare cases, a manual refund may be initiated to the original payment method upon verification

Refunds are strictly subject to approval after verifying all return conditions and receiving the returned product.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return request is approved, Amayra Luxe will bear the cost of reverse shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided.

Customers must ensure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.

8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are offered in the following situations:

  • Wrong product sent
  • Wrong size or color sent (different from what was ordered)
  • Product is defective or damaged

 

You can request an exchange either:

  • By logging into your Amayra Luxe account
  • Or by contacting our support team via email or the website

All exchange requests must comply with the 48-hour return window.

9. Process for Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Log in to your account at amayraluxe.com
  • Navigate to your order history
  • Select the item and click on the "Return/Exchange" option
  • Upload images (if required) and submit your request

Alternatively, contact our support team using the details available on our website.

10. Replacements for Damaged/Incorrect Products

If the item you receive is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect or incomplete

We will replace the product at no additional cost, subject to successful verification and return conditions being met.

11. No Partial Returns

We do not support partial returns or refunds. If you purchased multiple items and only one is defective, only that item is eligible for replacement.

12. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns or exchanges.

13. Custom Orders

Custom and personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes products made to your specific measurements or design preferences.

However, if you receive the wrong product or incorrect size compared to your order, we will replace it after verification.

14. Gift Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges for gifted items. All policies apply to the original purchaser of the product.

15. International Returns

Amayra Luxe does not currently offer international shipping. If launched in the future:

  • The same return policy will apply
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer, subject to approval and manual verification

16. Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. If changes are made:

  • Updates will be published on our website
  • We will attempt to notify all registered customers via email, subject to successful delivery
